RWW 2 - GCZ 2 --- 5:0
Great to be back playing full-field hockey! While a 5-0 defeat isn't the result we wanted, the energy and fun on the pitch made it a worthwhile battle.
We had some difficulty finding our structure at the start and conceded a few early goals, but as we established more control in the midfield, we steadily grew into the game. The second half was a real highlight, featuring some fantastic triangular passing combinations. We fought hard, and despite a few slidings and tumbles, we unfortunately couldn't get a goal on our side. Still, our growth throughout the match gives us plenty of confidence for the upcoming games.
