On a beautiful Saturday morning, the NLB ladies hopped on the train to Bern with 11 players and coach Pat.
After a smooth but busy ride and a quick preparation, we carefully listened to Paddy’s talk and off we went to the field.
Playing against Bern is always fun for the NLB team. However, their pitch is always a challenge and demands much more from us.
The first quarter started even for both teams, with GC getting used to the ball rolling differently on the football grass.
The second quarter was a bit messy for our team, and sadly we got two goals against us.
Thanks to the coach’s indication, we recovered our positions and strategy in the third and fourth quarter. We played these two parts more structured and focused.Unfortunately, we did not score, which ended the game on a 2:0 for Bern.
The NLB team remains motivated after a strong start last week, and we are eager for our next Sunday match against Rotweiss 2!
