The GC ladies started strongly in the first quarter. Nevertheless, luck was on the side of the Olten women and they scored the first goal through a short corner. But GC did not let themselves be defeated and played a strong, combative game. In the second half, GC was controlling the game.
Finally, Machtheld deflected a hard pass from Marieke into the goal and GC was able to equalize in the last quarter. This was followed by the shoutout, which started very evenly and unfortunately ended 3:4 for the Olten women in overtime. Good game, unlucky outcome, but at least one point closer to the final four!
