Grasshopper Club Zürich - Basler HC --- 1:1 (n.p. 3:2)
Right before the game we noticed that the referees were missing. Two volunteers jumped in and we started the game with a little delay. In the first quarter Basel scored one goal. However, after a short corner Geri was able to tie in the second quarter. Due to a mistake of one referee, he decided that it was enough whistling for him. So Basel´s coach took his place. That resulted in quite a few interesting choices in Basel´s advantage. When Lari got a yellow card for no reason, our team was so stunned to even think thought about ending the game early. After a long discussion, we decided to play the forth quarter, fought hard and tied at the end 1:1.
In the shoot out we sadly lost 3:2 to Basel.
