The day started with a match against Servette. Our team started the game strong and we immediately got a corner, which Inga scored directly. In the same quarter, we got another corner, which Inga scored as well. The third goal was scored by our Captain Viola, this one also from a corner. We continued to play well together and keep our cool in the back when they put pressure on us during the last two quarters. Then Anna made the 4:0 from a pass. During the last quarter Nathanja managed to score the last goal. We were very happy with the 5:0 result and our teamwork during this match.

An hour later the second game started. We knew it was going to be a tough game as they had previously beaten us, but we came in with a hopeful attitude. The first 10 minutes we put up a good fight and the quarter ended 0:0. We tried to continue with that spirit in the second quarter. Unfortunately, they managed to get 2 goals against us. We re-motivated ourselves and played nicely together, the intensity was high and we passed well. However, it became chaotic and we couldn’t find our way back into the game. Black Boys scored two more goals. We struggled to keep our formation and the last goal by Black Boys happened, 5:0.
