HC Rotweiss Wettingen 2 - Grasshoper Club Zürich 2 --- 4:1
On this amazing sunny Sunday we had the opportunity to play against Rotweiss Wettingen.
Everything was looking great. We were all awake and ready for the fight against Wettingen who did not lose a game yet.
The first quarter was strong, great combinations and the defense and Tilia were standing strong. After some great combinations at the midfield we arrived again in the circle of Wettingen with also a perfect finish from Anne-Sofie. We were leading with the 0:1 after the first quarter.
In the second quarter Wettingen received like 10 corners after each other - and unfortunately the last one was a goal - 1:1.
We did not have a dip afterwards and the 3 quarter was strong. some combinations out of the book with our midfield - Johanna, Inga, Blandine, Kathy and our new team member Luise (Welcome!).
In the last quarter we did not played our game as we did in the previous quarters. We received some unnecessary counter attacks from Rotweiss Wettingen, that resulted in a 4:1 loss.
We played 3 really good quarters as a team and improve every game together. A great fight and we are ready for the season finisher next week at Hardhof!
